A one-minute ritual that adds up.

NEST asks a few gentle questions each day and quietly builds a picture of your wellbeing over time. Here's how to make the most of it.

Log today's check-in

Pick the face that fits your mood, slide your sleep quality and energy, and (optionally) add steps, water, tags and a short note. Tags like work, exercise or social are what make the reflections smart later. Press Save check-in.

Watch the trends surface

The four stat cards show your 7-day averages and which way each is moving. The trend chart overlays mood, sleep and energy on one 0–10 scale so you can see how they rise and fall together.

Read your reflection

The AURA reflection is written from your own data — the direction of your mood, how sleep is feeding your energy, and which tags line up with your best days. Press New reflection anytime. It runs entirely on your device; nothing is sent anywhere.

Where is my data stored?

In your browser's local storage, on this device only. There's no account, no server, and no network call. Clearing your browser data resets NEST.

Is the reflection really "AI"?

It's a rule-based engine that reads patterns in your entries — mood direction, sleep–energy coupling, your best-mood tags, your streak. On staging it's fully local. NEST PRO adds a cloud model for richer, conversational insight.

Do I have to fill in everything?

No. Mood, sleep and energy are enough. Steps, water, tags and the note are optional — but tags make the reflections noticeably better.

What's the streak?

Consecutive days with a check-in, counting back from today (or yesterday if you haven't logged yet). The goal isn't perfection — it's a gentle nudge toward the daily habit.
