Does anything get uploaded?
No — the mic is analysed on your phone and never leaves it. A failed or stopped session always releases the microphone.
Why a separate mobile app?
Phones are held one-handed. This layout puts the mic and controls in thumb reach and blows the note up big enough to read at arm’s length.
The mic won’t start?
Allow microphone access in your browser’s site settings, then reload. The demo works without a mic in the meantime.
How accurate is it?
Accurate enough to tune an instrument or check your singing pitch. Clear, sustained single notes read best; noise and chords are harder.
What does PRO unlock?
