Choose a session
In the Meditate view, pick a type — Meditate, Focus, Sleep or Breathe — and a length (5 to 20 minutes). Each type plays its own resonant tone; the description tells you what it's for.
Breathe with the orb
Press Begin. The orb swells for a four-second inhale and settles for a four-second exhale, and the tone rises and falls with it. Follow the orb; let the countdown and progress ring hold the time so you don't have to. When the timer ends, the session is saved automatically.
Track your progress
Switch to the Progress view for your total minutes, session count and day streak, a bar chart of this week's minutes, and today's 10-minute goal ring. Tap a face to log how you feel — it attaches to today's practice.
Questions
Do I need headphones?
They help you sink into the tone, but they aren't required — the breathing guidance works on its own. Keep the volume gentle; it's meant to sit under your attention, not command it.
What's the tone I'm hearing?
A single pure sine wave at a "healing" frequency chosen per session type (432, 528, 396 or 417 Hz). Its volume swells on each inhale and fades on each exhale, so the sound itself paces your breath.
Is my history private?
Completely. Every session and mood is stored in your browser on this device only — no account, no server, no network. Clearing your browser data resets it.
What counts toward my streak?
Any day with at least one completed session. Finish today's practice to keep the chain going; the goal is a small, sustainable daily habit rather than a marathon.
